New Boston, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a leading supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Maintenance Technician.
What you will do: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in a high volume production environment. The role performs preventive maintenance activities, interacts with a computerized maintenance management system, and works closely with machine operators. The position is also responsible for interior building maintenance items, equipment installation,and preventative maintenance. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician performs small tasks, determines the need for external services and verifies quality of work.
What you will need: Technical associate’ s degree. Current experience in maintenance within manufacturing. Experience with Siemens PLC, CNC, and ABB Robotics. Familiarity with ISO 14001, TS 16949, and OSHA requirements.
