Throughout his career, Doug has hired, trained, and mentored 100’s of headhunters, managed multi-million dollar operations, and has led countless search assignments to successful completion.

Elisha Gray

Operations Manager

Every company has that utility player. You know; the person that can do anything. In the morning, Elisha may be streamlining our entire IT and back office systems. In the afternoon, she is onboarding our newest hire. In the evening, she is firefighting and accommodating the needs of our Headhunters across the entire MVMT enterprise comprised of 9 offices in 6 states throughout the US. Elisha is such a gem and an incredibly valuable member of the team.

Greg Giltner

Managing Director, Headhunting Services

Greg has been a leader in the search business since 1999, working for a large national firm, then a small boutique, and finally on his own for over 10 years before joining Movement. In a nutshell, Greg Giltner knows a thing or two about the recruiting business. We got to know Greg over the years and the firm counted on him to deliver us candidates that we wouldn’t have found otherwise. He has honed the art and science of identifying and attracting top talent through well crafted, and customized posts strategically placed on the web. Greg has developed a unique candidate screening process that is world-class and stands as the gold standard in the recruitment business.

Now, he is in charge of Movement’s National Candidate Recruitment Center (C.R.C.), based in his hometown of Charleston, SC. This state of the art Recruitment Center has been built to become the engine that drives candidate flow for Movement’s searches throughout N. America and globally. A lot of really exciting things are happening here at Movement; Greg and the C.R.C. play a huge part in all of it.

Eric Jones

After 20 years as one of the most recognized and well-respected leaders in the hospitality and restaurant industry, Eric decided it was time for a change. He has spent over two decades recruiting, training and developing high producing teams. Sixty hour work weeks are imbedded into his DNA and now Movement has him and what a machine he is. His communication skills are off the charts and he is the most competitive guy in the room. Eric Jones is really, really good.

Steve Klein

Steve Klein is a veteran of 23 years in the executive search industry. After spending the past 15 years at the helm of his own firm, Steve has decided to join forces with MOVEMENT. We are thrilled to have his energy, focus, and dedication on our team. Steve is a respected recruiter in the automotive, electronics, packaging, and industrial manufacturing arenas, assisting his clients in making strategic hires throughout their respective organizations. MVMT now owns a view of the bay in Traverse City, MI and Steve is at the helm leading the team.

Derek Pennycook

Several years ago, Movement hired Derek right out of college as one of our first Headhunter Support Specialists, and now he is a Director with the firm. He has cultivated and managed some of our best client relationships and he is a key member of our leadership team in our Royal Oak, MI office. From day one, Derek has made his presence felt here at Movement, and his future has no limits.

Linda Gantos

Meet Linda Gantos. Originally from the Windy City, Linda was one of the most popular and successful television and radio correspondents and news anchors in Chicago for over 11 years. Her terrific personality and sophisticated research skills she honed as a reporter translates perfectly into the DNA of what we look for here at Movement. Linda is everything we hoped for and more. Her passion for excellence is inspiring and her level of commitment is second to none.

Pat Bingaman

Pat dedicated his career to the mortgage banking industry and rose to the top 1% of his profession. He then made the big decision to switch careers while at the height of his profession. He chose to turn himself into a recruiter, he chose Movement, and wow, are we fortunate to have him here. He is a consummate professional in everything that he does, highly consultative, and an expert networker with high-level decision-makers. Pat consistently leads almost all of our production metrics, an absolute machine in the office. A huge talent on his way to becoming one of Movement’s best.

Rich Cross

He is the eldest nephew of our V.P. & General Manager, Chris Cross. Rich started with us as an intern last summer and after graduating from college, he is now in the chair of a full-time Headhunter Support Specialist. Make no mistake, everything is earned around here and Rich is competing with the best in the firm. He is mature and wise beyond his years and has quickly become one of our strongest candidate recruiters and is also developing an impressive client base since coming back. There are a lot of discussions around the difficulties organizations have in motivating and relating to their millennial employees. Spend a few minutes with Rich and you can see that this generation is producing some of the most dedicated and brightest talent in the history of modern business.

Daniel Gabriele

Interesting story here. Dan grew up in the same small town of Walled Lake, MI. and played little league baseball together with MOVEMENT’s founding partner, Doug Scott. After high school, Dan went on to play professional baseball in the Boston Red Sox organization for 9 years while Doug quickly transitioned to Headhunting by day and beer league softball by night. After retiring from baseball, Dan finds his second calling as a top producer in the recruitment industry working for the likes of Kforce and most recently, Kelly Services in Grand Rapids, MI. They had not spoken to each other since that last out on a dusty ball field in high school over 35 years ago. After all of those years, social media reconnects them, and come to find out both have dedicated their life’s work to the business of headhunting but on parallel paths. When MVMT decided to expand into Grand Rapids, a reunion with Mr. Gabriele was a no-brainer. What a great addition Dan is to the team.
