He is the strategic leader of MVMT and manages all facets of the general operations of the firm. Throughout his career, Doug has hired, trained, and mentored 100’s of headhunters, managed multi-million dollar operations, and has led countless search assignments to successful completion.

Elisha Gray

Operations Manager

Every company has that utility player. You know; the person that can do anything. In the morning, Elisha may be streamlining our entire IT and back office systems. In the afternoon, she is onboarding our newest hire. In the evening, she is firefighting and accommodating the needs of our Headhunters across the entire MVMT enterprise. Elisha is such a gem and an incredibly valuable member of the team.

Greg Giltner

Managing Director, Headhunting Services

Greg has been a leader in the search business since 1999, working for a large national firm, then a small boutique, and finally on his own for over 10 years before joining Movement. In a nutshell, Greg Giltner knows a thing or two about the recruiting business. We got to know Greg over the years and the firm counted on him to deliver us candidates that we wouldn’t have found otherwise. He has honed the art and science of identifying and attracting top talent through well crafted, and customized posts strategically placed on the web. Greg has developed a unique candidate screening process that is world-class and stands as the gold standard in the recruitment business.

Now, he is in charge of Movement’s National Candidate Recruitment Center (C.R.C.), based in his hometown of Charleston, SC. This state of the art Recruitment Center has been built to become the engine that drives candidate flow for Movement’s searches throughout N. America and globally. A lot of really exciting things are happening here at Movement; Greg and the C.R.C. play a huge part in all of it.

Daniel Gabriele

Interesting story here. Dan grew up in the same small town of Walled Lake, MI. and played little league baseball together with MOVEMENT’s founding partner, Doug Scott. After high school, Dan went on to play professional baseball in the Boston Red Sox organization for 9 years while Doug quickly transitioned to Headhunting by day and beer league softball by night. After retiring from baseball, Dan finds his second calling as a top producer in the recruitment industry working for the likes of Kforce and most recently, Kelly Services in Grand Rapids, MI. They had not spoken to each other since that last out on a dusty ball field in high school over 35 years ago. After all of those years, social media reconnects them, and come to find out both have dedicated their life’s work to the business of headhunting but on parallel paths. When MVMT decided to expand into Grand Rapids, a reunion with Mr. Gabriele was a no-brainer. What a great addition Dan is to the team.

Matt Kuhn

Matt comes to us with 12+ years in the marketing & advertisement business responsible for massive campaigns with some of the most prestigious organizations in the world. Then a switch went on one day and he decided he wanted to take a different road in his career that offered bigger challenges and opportunities. A large population of the Headhunters here at MOVEMENT represent this profile. Every single one of them are exceptional and Matt Kuhn is no different. He is extremely well organized, strategic in his approach but also rolls up his sleeves and dives deep to find passive candidates that no one else is talking to. Anthony Blazevic

Anthony comes to us as an Officer straight out of the Marine Corps after 6.5 years of loyal service, including two active duty deployments to the Middle East. Matt Parcells, C.P.C.

We have amongst us at Movement, yet another seasoned professional who has dedicated his career to the business of headhunting. A 27-year veteran of executive search, Matt is the digger of all diggers when it comes to finding rare, hard-to-find talent. His search practice has taken him to all corners of the globe as he is absolutely relentless in his pursuit of finding the perfect fit for his clients’ openings. Extremely technical, Matt educates himself extensively on every industry that he finds himself working in. When clients work with Matt, they know he does not rest until the search has been successfully completed.

• Previously owned a resume consulting business (published some articles for national publication and did seminars) for 5 years.
• Moved into Headhunting with Aim Executive/Spherion/Mergis from 1996 to February of 2011.
• BA in Criminal Justice, Minor in Philosophy from Lycoming College in 1989. Activities: 3-year-letterman in Men’s Tennis, on-campus writing consultant, reporter/writer for the student newspaper, member, Phi Sigma Tau (Honor Society for Philosophy).

Tim Pobuda

Tim has been a fixture in the Michigan headhunting community for over 23 years. He was one of our leading producers for many years and worked with several of us who started our careers together at The Mergis Group. After spending the last few years with another search firm, Tim is now reunited with several of his former colleagues here at Movement. His expertise in the business along with his deeply rooted relationships with his candidates and clients is unparalleled to anyone in the firm. Now that Tim Pobuda is on the team, the band is officially back together again.

Bill Varon

Movement was originally founded back in 2009 by a small group of recruiters who had previously worked together for a large, national staffing company. Fast forward several years later, most of the original team has now been reassembled and is working under the Movement banner. Bill was one of the guys that got away. After 10 years as a top producer in the recruitment biz, he left it in 2008 and immersed himself for another 10 years as an IT sales and implementation consultant specializing in ERP solutions. Now, he is back where he belongs. Back in the business of Headhunting and with all of his old friends and colleagues at Movement. To say we are beyond thrilled to have this seasoned, uber-talented veteran back in the mix is an understatement. Journey is still a really good rock band but it is not the same without Steve Perry belting out the lyrics. Welcome back to the band, Bill Varon.

Michael Roach

Mike began his career 30 years ago as a recruiter in the Navy. Since then he has gone on to become one of the most successful headhunters in the consumer products industry with a unique specialization in the kitchen cabinetry business. Mike knows everyone in that world and has built up an incredible body of work with Hall of Fame numbers. All of his assignments are high-level. He only works with clients who retain him. Bam! Game on. Mike Roach now works for MOVEMENT.

Garret MacDonald
